On 15/04/2016, CII has received Resolution No. 1984/QĐ-UBND from Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee regarding the transfer and leasing of land related to Thu Thiem Infrastructure Development BT Project.

Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee transfers to CII 90.078,3 m2 land dedicated to long-term use (for residential purpose) and 6.053,6 m2 land dedicated to 50-year lease (for office space usage), payment for the entire lease period to be made in one installment.

The completion of the legal procedures for land transfer in Thu Thiem New Urban Area marked an important milestone for CII, laying the foundation for the official signing of the BT contract for Thu Thiem Infrastructure Development Project, as well as the development of the land bank after the actual land transfer takes place.
