Ms. Nguyen Mai Bao Tram was appointed to the Board of Directors of CII in 2012 and has become the Deputy General Director. Previously, she was the Investment Director of the company since its establishment (2001). Ms. Tram has over 20 years of experience in project investment and management accumulated from working in various state-owned corporations including Project management Department of Youth Corporation and Investment Fund for Urban Development in Ho Chi Minh City. Ms. Tram hold an MBA degree from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh was appointed as the Deputy CEO of CII in 2018. Prior to this position, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh had a long-standing work history within various subsidiaries of the CII Group, accumulating over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment, construction project management, and operation management of BOT and clean water projects. This includes CII Bridge and Road Investment JSC, Saigon Water Infrastructure Corporation, and other BOT project companies.

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Huong was appointed as the Deputy CEO of CII in 2022, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of NBB Investment JSC. She has over 15 years of experience in financial investment, capital mobilization, and asset management. Prior to working at CII, she held various high-level positions at major investment funds and PwC Vietnam. Ms. Huong holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from St. Cloud State University, USA.

Mrs. Duong Quang Chau joined CII as Deputy Director of Investment Department in 2003 and became Investment Director in 2011. Mr. Chau has over 20 years of experience in bridge and tunnel field. In 2013, he received the Prime Minister Award for his contribution towards building Sai Gon Bridge 2. He also received awards from both the Minister of Ministry of Transportation and President of HCMC People’s Committee for his contribution in development of the City’s infrastructure. Prior to joining CII, he worked at the Project 18 Management Board-Ministry of Transportation. Mr. Chau has an Engineering degree in Bridge and Tunnel.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tra joined CII in 2006 as an accountant and has become Finance Director since 2012. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. In 2013, she received the Prime Minister’s Award for capital mobilization of constructing Saigon 2 bridge. Prior to joining CII, she was an accounting officer of both state-owned and public companies including Vinalink International Freight Forwarders.

Mr. Le Trung Hieu has assumed the position of Director of Capital Management since 2022, bringing over 12 years of deep expertise in financial investment, capital mobilization, and asset management to this role. Prior to joining CII in 2014, he had worked at two units, namely the Research and Analysis Department of Saigon Thuong Tin Bank Securities JSC and the Planning & Capital Department of Thanh Thanh Cong Group. Mr. Hieu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bolton, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University, USA.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Hoang is an expert in the field of construction and project management, with many years of experience in large-scale projects in Ho Chi Minh City. He possesses a high level of professional qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Before joining CII as the Director of Project Development, he gained extensive experience in significant positions such as Project Director at Dien Bien Phu Tower Investment Company Limited and Project Director at Dong Tam Water BOT Joint Stock Company.

As the Director of Project Development at CII, he will continue to contribute to the company’s development by participating in new projects, devising project development strategies, and managing activities related to projects. He is recognized as a talented project manager with a strategic vision for the sustainable development of CII in the future.

Ms. Tran Yen Vy was appointed as the Director of the Administrative Department since May 2020. Ms. Mai Thi Thu Phuong was appointed as the Chief Accountant of CII in April 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in Financial Accounting and a State-level Auditor Certificate. She has 20 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, and finance. Prior to working at CII, she served as an audit manager at auditing companies and held positions such as Chief Accountant and Head of the Financial Analysis Department at various enterprises.

Ms. Trinh Thi Ngoc Anh was appointed Head of Supervisory Board of CII for the 2^nd tenure (2007-2012) and has been re-elected as member of the board for the 3^rd tenure (2012-2017).

Mrs. Tran Thi Tuat was the first Head of Supervisory Board and was re-elected as member of the board for the 3^rd tenure.
