These 2 projects are established to exploit the land bank allocated to CII as investment payback for developing Northern residential area’s infrastructure and north-south road axis in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
Total investment: VND 322 billion. Form of investment: investment cooperation, the Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Company is the developer. The company later became CII Bridge & Road (a member company of CII)
Total investment: VND 164.5 billion. Form of investment: investment cooperation, the District 5 Public Service One Member Limited Company is the developer, in which CII contributed 60% of investment capital.
Total investment: VND 1,387 billion. Form of investment: BOT, CII is the developer.
Total investment: VND 1,960 billion. Form of investment: investment cooperation, where CII contributes 80% of the investment capital.
