Dragon Capital through an associated fund called DC Development Markets Strategies Public Limited Company (Ireland) (called DC Fund hereafter) had not purchased 2.300.000 CII shares as per previously announcement.

At the present, DC fund is holding 364.327 CII shares. DC fund did not purchase as in registration for the inappropriate price.
